How do I return an item?
Return Policy: All non-damaged, non-altered products in their original packaging may be returned for full refund within 45 days of purchase with no hassle. Your business is very important to us. If there's something we can do to fix the problem, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make that happen.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. USPS and UPS have both eliminated their guarantees for delivery times and we have no control over the time it takes them to deliver the product. When in doubt, always choose a faster shipping method than required.

Before mailing your return, send an email to AdvancedSportTouring@gmail.com to notify us you are returning an item. Inside the box, include your Name, Address and Order number so we can properly refund you.
No RMA numbers are necessary.
If the item you are returning is used, damaged or shows wear, there will be a fee deducted from your return. This fee is at our discretion and is based on the state of the item.
Returns MUST be packaged to prevent damage. If you do not use adequate packaging materials and the product is damaged, we will issue you a less-than-full refund amount at our discretion.

YOU CAN ALSO LOOK INTO RENTING A BOX AT YOUR LOCAL UPS OR FEDEX.
