Mounts and functions without problem.  The Luggage Rack is powder coated black.  It has two dings in the metal with no damage to the powder coat.  It has a scrape with minor defect to the powder coat.  This was modified and is not adjustable forward and back.  It mounts a 1/4" further back than the new kits currently for sale.  Everything included.  Hardware included.  1 kit available.
