**NEW FEATURE** Version 2 is a Plug N' Play product. The light bar includes factory style connectors so you can just unplug the stock connections and plug in the light bar to the system. We're trying to make it as easy as humanly possible to install.


This LED kit features a flexible tube containing 110 LED's measuring 14 inches long. It contains a dual row of bulbs with both amber and red lights running the entire length. This means that you can have both running and brake lights as well as some impressively large blinkers. Included with the kit is a bracket to strategically place the tube for maximum exposure that will work on both a stock luggage rack and most aftermarket luggage rack without modification. Includes "Adjustable Flashing Module" to increase your visibility on the road. The module allows you to adjust the number of times your stock lights and this light bar will flash before returning to a solid "on" position as well as the speed they will flash. You also have the option to not have them flash.

The unit is nice and I'm happy with it. A vast improvement of the original rear light. On fitting it was not as easy as the video, but still not complicated, a well-trained monkey with small hands could have achieved success. The webpage literature says no wire cutting required, however, this is not correct. One wire must be cut and connected properly as there is a diode in the circuit. Lastly, the wires from the wing are not in a harness. I accept this is to allow flexibility at installation, but there should be a waterproof plug securing the wires coming out of the wing.  It seems a likely candite for corrosion down the road.

Gotta say, I am impressed and delighted. This had to be the easiest install ever. The hardest part was wrestling with the darn wires as my year (2017) has the wires tucked into a big rubber sleeve tucked into the left rear corner. Was all was dug out, it was a snap and exactly as described. I did however not cut the blue brake wire and just tapped into it so as not to have the modulation. My preferred method but I like the light bar better that way. Kudos AST for a stand out product and making it very easy for us. Totally recommend to any with a Concours 14. Also on a side note, communication with Mr. Ryan was quick and personal. That to me is as important as the product. Thanks!!!

I love this technology.  It is REALLY bright and gets the attention of the people not paying attention.  I just finished installing a replacement light on my Concours 14, the old one was failing (probably due to poor installation by the previous owner).  The new one installed perfectly, with great instructions.  I really like the strobe feature for the brake lights in version two and the fact that I didn't have to splice a bunch of wires.

I deducted one star due to the lack of shrink wrap on the exposed wires.  A little of that would help hide the installation of the light.  It would also provide some protection for the wiring.

I would also like to see the insertion point for the wiring (into the light bar) be sealed to the elements, it doesn't appear to be that way right now.  The odds of water getting in there are slim, but we all know a guy named Murphy.  All it would take is a little silicone sealant to close the port off, maybe I will take care of it myself.

I would buy and install this product again, providing I get more life out of the new one.  I will update this review if the product does not live up to expectations.

I had some initial confusion about the wiring, as it varies from the video. However, Ryan sent me instructions and all is well. The product is a super match for the 'bike, especially with the AST rack (which is WAY better than the OEM rack).
