This kit includes EVERYTHING you need to mount a passenger backrest using the stock luggage rack. You DO NOT have to buy an aftermarket luggage rack to use this. Just bolt it on and go!

This backrest features 2.5 inches of adjustment forward and back and 3 1/2 inches up and down, finding a comfortable position for your passenger will be easy.

5 Minute Install! This is a direct bolt-on. No cutting, welding or drilling. All you need is a 4mm and 5mm hex key and you're ready to go.

Shipping was very fast.  Overall I'd say that the backrest is very well made and of good quality.  Installation was a breeze.  The only thing I would consider changing is the thick bracket for the backrest itself.  Depending on the final spot you set it for, it can interfere with seat removal.  I can deal with that no problem, but thought I'd mention it.
