Buy the Luggage Rack and Passenger Backrest at the same time for a discounted price.

Fitment: Works on Kawasaki Concours 14 2008-Current with and without ABS


-3 inches of adjustment forward and back and 3 1/2 inches up and down

-The backrest is easily removable. Just remove the two bolts in the luggage rack and pull it off. No need to take the luggage rack off to put on or remove the backrest.

Due to the adjustability and increased distance you can place a top case from the passenger, this backrest assembly can be used with even the largest top cases. Featured in the images you will find this assembly being used with a Givi E55 Maxia.

20 Minute Install. All you need is a 4mm and 5mm Allen key and you're ready to go.

These backrest assemblies are specifically designed to bolt right up to my luggage rack but this can easily be adapted to your home made luggage racks. The 1/4 inch thick x 1 1/2 inch wide steel bracket contains multiple tapped holes so all you have to do is drill my two hole pattern into your luggage rack and you're ready to ride.

*This kit includes everything you need right out of the box: Backrest Pad, Bracket, Luggage Rack and Bolts.

*Givi E55 are NOT included.

*Not recommended for use with the V46 / V47 as the hinge point is lower than on the E55 and won't allow it to open fully with the backrest installed.

Purchased the luggage rack/passenger backrest combo from Ryan, and the wife is finally happy with the comfort as a passenger on the Concours 1400. Ryan went out of his way to finally get me situated on what set-up my bike needed to work with a particular Givi top case. I highly recommend Advanced Sport Touring as a company to business with.

Searched the internet for things to make mine and my wife’s riding experience more enjoyable. I ordered the C-14 passenger backrest/luggage rack with givi kit installed. The AST rack is much stronger and great looking.  In addition to the amazing speed of delivery, the fit and finish of the rack and backrest is great. Installation is literally 5-10 minutes (subjective positioning of passenger’s backrest may take longer).  I also ordered the passenger peg lowering brackets. Once again, simple and easy installation makes these a no-brainer for additional comfort. Lastly, adding the RAM mount, arm and phone mount really makes map/music/calls so easy. Thanks for your excellent products and expedient shipping.
